BALANCE - FULFILLMENT Part 2

THE LIFE YOU DESIRE AWAITS… A LIFE OF BALANCE, FULFILLMENT AND HARMONY.

What will it take for you to cultivate balance, harmony, and fulfillment among all the aspects of your life in order to achieve self-empowerment?

First, it is my sense in order to achieve self-empowerment, you may need to strengthen your resilience, s-t-r-e-t-c-h your ability to be receptive to freedom of thought, expansion of perspectives and the enrichment of your human experiences through emotional competence to create a life of meaning, purpose, satisfaction, and conscious transformation.

True, it can be difficult at times to keep everything in order, but when you do, the harmony you create will make an amazing difference. The trick is to identify and understand how you take care of your ‘Self’ through each major aspect of your life. This will also include spreading your focus equally among the different areas of your life. This is where you will want to:

  • Reclaim ownership of the "context of you" and your power to choose how you express who you are in your life.

  • Be willing to reassess your ‘Self’ on a daily basis and set realistic goals in all areas of your life and, in gratitude, embrace the good things that come to you in life.

  • Focus on continuous personal development and become the mental architect of your own personal transformation as you unleash your creativity and bring meaning to your life.

  • Learn to work through life’s challenges and not let them overwhelm you by understanding them and by working through them and eventually accepting them.

You may also want to create the life you desire and include what honors your core values, operate out of a higher level of consciousness, and spend the time to fill up your cup, so that you can more easily share a moment of joy with others.

If you can do these things in harmony and maintaining a space where you are always engaged in what you want to do and do it with a sense of fulfillment, then you have found your balance. It is also the ultimate path that will lead you to become stress resilient.

The questions remain:

  • Why do you want to engage your life through choices that will lead you to be receptive to fulfillment, balance, and harmony?

  • What would be a first easy act that would get you to extend your commitment to bring balance, personal fulfillment, and harmony to your life?

  • Will you choose to allow absolutely nothing to stand in your way of responding effectively to life’s stressors, and bringing balance, personal fulfillment, and harmony to your life?
