Executive - Life Coaching

What is Executive - Life Coaching?

Executive - Life coaching starts with a highly competent trained and skilled professional who maintains high scores (over 90th percentile) on related programs. The work is a form of consulting. However, it is forward moving and future focused as the coach stays with the clients to help implement the new skills, changes, and goals to make sure they really happen.

Executive - Life coaching is a professional partnership between a qualified coach and an individual or an executive team that supports the achievement of extraordinary results, based on business and personal goals set by the individual or the executive team. The unique modality of executive life coaching is an opportunity to develop coaching clients beyond their own self-limiting beliefs.

An Executive - Life Coach does just what an athletic coach or music teacher does, only in a more complete and bigger way. It is in place to develop the characteristics of the coaching clients to become the best they can be to live the life they desire, and the work will include:

  • Value clarification, and brainstorming.

  • Identifying plans of action (Clear 60-day plan with a 360-review) and making empowering requests.

  • Examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions.

  • Creating what they do from who they are.

  • Living the gleeful terror of change.

  • Aligning their identity, purpose, and beliefs.

  • Bringing their words and actions into alignment with the life they desire.

An Executive - Life Coach also employs assessments, defines the scope of the relationship, sets priorities for actions, takes on discussion, asks questions, and makes use of practices to assist the coaching client in reaching their objectives. It is an integral resource that supports the coaching clients in getting them where they want to be and bringing all of the elements of their wellness together to create their overall success.

This affiliation with the coaching clients is done in a safe environment through a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the coaching clients to maximize their personal and professional potential. This approach to coaching has proven to help the coaching clients to:

  • Experience the highest possible emotional quality of life and take the roles of their human experience in high definition.

  • Establish more fulfillments in their lives and get a better handle on their fears.

  • Focus on their core values, skills and purposeful actions needed to successfully produce their personally relevant results.

  • Accelerate their ability to achieve the life they desire and get back to what they desire in their relationships.

An Executive - Life Coach will also challenge the coaching clients and take the time to find out what success in life means to the coaching clients; help them to live the life they desire as they become receptive to fulfillment, balance, and prosperity. When coaching is an integral part of a culture, it will improve personal performances, business operations and enhance relationships.

Even if things are going well in your personal and professional lives, wouldn't you like them going great?

“Everybody should have a Coach” says Google CEO Eric Schmidt

Today is your opportunity to act and experience the power of working with an executive-life coach, do not delay. Think about this before making your next life’s choice:

  • Barack Obama has a coach. Richard Branson, Oprah Winfrey, and Tony Robbins have coaches. None of these people got to where they are on their own. So, why not you?
