The Wonder of Personal Freedom
Why would we want to be in compliance with the wonder of personal freedom, and eliminate the interior tyrants (inner bullies) that stop us from living the life we desire?
I believe being in compliance with the wonder of personal freedom is a good place to start when pursuing the answers, we seek for a why question. I also believe the wonder of personal freedom suggests the worst chains are not the chains which others would have us wear, but rather the chains with which we shackle ourselves by our inner bullies.
Some of these inner bullies are fear, self-pity, self-criticism, regret, resentment, anger, impatience, resentment, attachment, and they come in all shapes and sizes. Their intentions are there to taunt us and control us. They get their power when we are anxious about screwing up, or feeling like we are not worthy of living the life we desire.
It is also important to note, if we are stuck in unforgiving memories that cause negative emotions such as guilt, shame, hate and chaos, we cannot possibly experience self-empowerment, and personal freedom.
If we want to experience self-empowerment, personal freedom, and take our power back, we may want to:
Learn how to let go of the past and start the process of freeing ourselves from trapped emotions, a ‘Radical Approach to Forgiveness’.
Make sure that we are ready to reconnect and free our mind from the traps of our ego and excavate our single flame of truth. That is, be receptive to the wonder of personal freedom and transformational change.
Why? Because we will find the personal trust in the inherent rightness of our humanness and our natural intelligence to discover a way that will lead us to slip free of the shackles of the past into a fresh space where we can learn the specific strategies on living the life we desire.
We are also called to examine how we choose to interpret our life experience with the question, what are we doing with our most important gift, the gift of our personal freedom?
In the heart of our human experience, our greatest gift is our personal freedom. However, our only freedom is the freedom to live our ‘why’ and achieve self-empowerment. Thus, take some time within the next 48 hours to reflect about how to best use our personal freedom, and discover the steps necessary to live our why, and contribute to the enhancement of the social dimensions of our lives by committing to do the work that will allow us to dwell in consciousness, compassion, and reverence for all life.
It is also a call for us to get the tools we need to maintain the newness of life and become free of the patterns of the past. A call to transform and emerge into the 'Enlightened Self' by working our way out of the safety of the cocoon though a radical approach. Nevertheless, the question remains, where do we begin to be in compliance with the wonder of personal freedom and make contact with our powerful innate strength (the best of who we are)?
