Emotional Intelligence – The Missing Key

Our Life. Our Feelings. Our Emotions. Our responsibility to create a new way of living on the raw edge of becoming the mental architect of our own personal transformation, having a surer sense of how we choose to process our emotional aches in order to develop emotional intelligence.

This is indeed a challenging moment and we are carrying what I call "Aches.” Aches that we have yet to heal. It is affecting our life, our feelings and our emotions. We continue to experience certain tensions in different parts of our body. They are related to these aches. They are related to repressed emotions. These aches create certain illnesses. They affect our life and suddenly, there is fear. Suddenly there is sadness. And we cannot find the reason for it. We cannot change the past, so why should we carry the past as a burden to create more and more suffering for ourselves and others because we fail to let go of the past (Forgiveness) and develop emotionally.

Look on each moment and choose to deliberately invest more in ourselves and take responsibility for our life, our feelings, our emotions and choose true forgiveness. We are invited to enlarge our frames of belonging—not to settle for a false shelter that does not serve our ability to manage ourselves and master the art of relating to others.

We are also called to make a profound shift in our level of inner peace and experience a deeper connection to the core or essence of our well-being which is, by nature peaceful, happy, loving and contented. This is the time for us to find the ‘Key’, use it to dispel all the images of who we think we are and let go of the past. Why? Because it is time to free ourselves from emotional pain and live a more loving, prosperous, abundant and balanced life.

  • What would it take for us to change the changeable, accept the unchangeable and remove ourselves from the unacceptable?

Start the process of becoming the mental architect of our own personal transformation, having a surer sense of how you really feel about personal decisions. This is our life, our feelings, our emotions and we are called to understand the interplay of who we truly are that rules our moments of rage, fear, and joy. In the inner landscape, we are called to be intelligent about the emotional habits that can undermine our best intentions and get the tools to resolve our emotional baggage that we have been carrying around for years.

This is our chance to live into our questions, change our routine, depart from the norm, question the status quo and take back some of each day just for us. This is the moment for us to take action and experience the power of being in compliance to the attributes of emotional intelligence, make optimism a way of life and join the emotional intelligence movement. The question remains:

  • What is the key to live a more loving, prosperous, abundant and balanced life (Achieving Optimal Health, Success, Wealth, and Personal Freedom)?

I believe, emotional intelligence is the missing key to achieve optimal Health, success, wealth, and personal freedom… <Read More>
